How Dr. Singh’s Practice Works

Dr. Singh offers medical care in two ways, both of which operate as out-of-network:

1. Standard Out-of-Network Care (Regular Patients)

All patients—regardless of insurance—can be seen as traditional out-of-network patients.
This includes:

  • New urology patients
  • Follow-up patients
  • Procedure visits
  • Second opinions
  • Consultations

You pay at the time of service, and we provide a superbill so you may request reimbursement from your insurance (if your plan offers out-of-network benefits).

2. Concierge Urology Membership (Optional Upgrade)

In addition to regular out-of-network care, Dr. Singh also offers a Concierge Urology Practice, designed for patients who want:

  • More time with their physician
  • Faster access to appointments
  • Direct messaging and communication
  • Enhanced care coordination
  • Personalized navigation for tests, imaging, and scheduling
  • A higher-touch, relationship-centered approach

Important:
Concierge membership is not required to be a patient, but it is available for those who prefer a more elevated and accessible experience.

Also important:
The concierge subscription does not cover or replace medical services that are billable to insurance. All clinical visits, testing, procedures, and treatments remain out-of-network charges, separate from the membership fee.

FAQ: What Does “Out-of-Network” Mean?

What is an out-of-network provider?

An out-of-network provider is a doctor who does not participate in your insurance company’s contracted network.
This means:

  • We do not bill insurance directly
  • You pay for your visit at the time of service
  • We provide a superbill so you may request reimbursement
  • Reimbursement depends entirely on your individual insurance benefits

Many patients choose out-of-network specialists for the expertise, time, and level of care not always available in an insurance-restricted model.

Why Offer Both Regular Out-of-Network Care and Concierge Care?

Offering both models allows patients to choose the level of access and support that best fits their needs:

Patient Type Model What It Includes
Regular Out-of-Network Patient Standard OON care Clinical visits, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment
Concierge Patient Standard OON care + enhanced membership benefits Priority access, direct messaging, extended time, coordination support

Both receive the same high-quality urologic care.
Concierge membership simply adds a layer of service, convenience, and personalization.
