Important Update About Insurance Coverage
Dr. Singh is currently out of most insurance networks due to reimbursement challenges. He remains with traditional Medicare Part B for now, but is not accepting new Medicare patients and may gradually phase out Medicare in the future.
Visits require upfront out-of-pocket payment, but our team will be happy to submit the claim form to your insurance as a courtesy after your visit and provide you with a copy for possible reimbursement.
Coverage for labs, imaging, hospital services, and prescriptions may still apply depending on your plan.
